Likewise, pursuant to section 21 of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services Act 34/2002 of 11 July, Aadimatiq, S.L.U. will not email advertising messages which you have not authorised. When Aadimatiq, S.L.U has the express consent of the recipient to receive marketing messages by email, the word "advertising" will appear at the beginning of the message.
